Ákos Mezner
Ákos graduated as a software engineer and spent several years living in the Philippines due to his work. He traveled extensively across half of Asia, where he truly became enamored with Asian cuisine. Later, he spent a short period in Sweden, where alongside his work, he studied Scandinavian gastronomy. In addition to his expertise in classic kitchen cooking, he has been exploring the world of low&slow barbecue for a few years now, which he passionately pursues. Ákos enjoys sharing his experiences and flavors with others.
