Mexico is a true street food country. Today's dishes are not only street-style but also easy, tried-and-true, and of course, well-known. To warm up, we're making nachos with refried beans and salsa, followed by quesadillas loaded with plenty of cheese! Tacos al Pastor will be one of our main dishes – grilled pork shoulder, grilled pineapple, and fantastic seasoning. Then we'll prepare fajitas with sirloin, and everyone can roll their own tortilla: mild, medium, or super spicy. ¡Buen apetito!
