Tapas culture became more and more popular in Europe. Nowadays not only the well-known tapas bars offer the old style classic tapas, but the selection is getting wider and variable. Today we will prepare a very special tapas selection, including regional and international-style dishes, also get to know new techniques and varying the ingredients.
