Brazilian cuisine - let's admit - isn't as widely known, yet it's vibrant and captivating! It blends local and regional elements with ingredients familiar to us. This diversity stems from the influences and melding of European, African, and Indian immigrants. Due to its vast size, regional dishes vary significantly. In our course, we start with a fantastic shrimp appetizer of Portuguese origin, then faithfully to Brazilian cuisine, we serve plenty of beans, rice, and notably, lots of meat. Among them, "feijoada" stands as Brazil's number one iconic dish. Finally, we'll explore a coconut dessert.
