Tuscany is renowned not only for its stunning landscapes, culture, Renaissance art, and wines but also for its cuisine, which includes its delightful desserts. We dedicate an entire class to showcase these Tuscan sweets. They are heavenly and beautifully presented. In this course, we will feature four main desserts, each with its unique Italian and Tuscan character: a crispy biscuit, a spiced almond cake, a sponge cake dessert served in a glass, and the timeless classic: "grandma's cake."
