Almost everyone loves Italian cuisine, but usually, pasta and pizza come to mind. However, Italian culinary tradition is equally strong in the realm of desserts. Italian sweets embody the light and bohemian spirit of the Mediterranean world, with each bite evoking the dolce vita atmosphere. In this course, we'll prepare a special selection of desserts, including cold, semi-cold, and baked treats, using the finest ingredients such as coffee, almonds, amaretto, and ricotta.

  • Panna cotta / Sweet creamy dessert, strawberry puree
  • Classic tiramisu
  • Zuccotto / Chilled cake, ice cream, amaretto
  • Cannoli / Sicilian crunchy pastry, filled with ricotta

Gerenal infos

Cooking is hands-on, with each pair preparing the full menu in small batches. Our cooking sessions typically last about 3 to 4 hours and accommodate around 10 participants. The menu usually includes 3 to 7 courses/dishes. Food can be enjoyed during the course or taken home in small containers.

Our adult courses are designed for participants aged 18 and above, but we are happy to welcome children aged 12 and older when accompanied by an adult.
