Making yeast dough isn't complicated, but if you want a truly delicious and fluffy result, it's important to understand the process. In this class, as the title suggests, we will teach you how to easily make perfect sweet and savory doughs using yeast. To demonstrate, we'll be making three incredibly popular dishes: a focaccia from Southern Italy, the impressive Swedish “Kardemummabullar” rolls, and a babka loaf enhanced with chocolate and hazelnuts. Roll up your sleeves and let's get kneading!
