Making bonbons is creative and fun, offering knowledge about chocolate's properties, uses, and techniques. In this course, we'll focus on decorating with cocoa butter dyed with food coloring, using brushes and sponges. Learn painting techniques, tempering chocolate for thin, crispy shells, and make orange marzipan, vanilla, and rum fillings. Once you try it, you won't stop!
