Let's grill - the basics

Of the best social activities is grilling together. But how do we start to ensure it doesn't end in failure?

Let's start at the beginning, with the basics, and everything will be revealed at the Chefparade grill basics course. We will cover technical knowledge, such as equipment, fire, gas, and heat issues. We will learn to marinate and season, and there will be great complementary sauces (chili tzatziki, mint bean salad, tomato jam) and grilled vegetable sides: zucchini, peppers, red onions, corn, or anything else in season. And of course, the main well-known grilled meats will be featured: chicken thighs, pork neck, shrimp, salmon, and even a taste of beef.

There will also be a great communal meal, so please arrive hungry, as everything will be freshly delicious. Our course takes place in Etyek, on the Chefparade Country terrace. We prefer pair registrations.
