Grilling together is one of the best social activities – but how do you start without turning it into a disaster?
Let’s begin with the basics! At the Chefparade grilling course, we’ll teach you everything you need to know for successful grilling. We’ll cover the technical essentials – tools, fire, gas, heat – and dive into marinades and seasoning. You’ll practice with beginner-friendly items like shrimp, salmon, pork shoulder, chicken breast, and vegetables. We’ll also prepare delicious sauces and side dishes to go with it all.
At the end, we’ll enjoy a cheerful shared meal – come hungry, everything tastes best fresh off the grill! The course takes place on the terrace of Chefparade Country in Etyek – we prefer pairs to sign up.

- Grilled shrimp skewer, salmon filet and mint-chili tzatziki
- Grilled pork neck and grilled veggies
- Grilled chicken breast, fresh mixed salad
- Grilled nectarine with greek yogurt, Honey, and toasted walnuts
