The once notorious Marseille is now experiencing a cultural and culinary renaissance, offering a variety of exciting dishes. This menu is inspired by the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea and Provence. We begin with a vibrant red refreshing cocktail that is very popular throughout the Côte d'Azur. We then continue with a quickly assembled, creamy goat cheese salad. Next, we elevate the appetizer game with crispy breadcrumb-coated baked mussels. Finally, we present two additional French classic dishes from nearby Provence: a super tender red wine-marinated beef stew, known as Daube, and a local variation of crème brûlée.

Gerenal infos

Cooking is hands-on, with each pair preparing the full menu in small batches. Our cooking sessions typically last about 3 to 4 hours and accommodate around 10 participants. The menu usually includes 3 to 7 courses/dishes. Food can be enjoyed during the course or taken home in small containers.

Our adult courses are designed for participants aged 18 and above, but we are happy to welcome children aged 12 and older when accompanied by an adult.
