Today, we’ll delve into the culinary delights of the northern regions, where Hindu, Persian, and Muslim influences can be found, using ingredients grown in continental and mountainous climates. We’ll make kebabs from lamb, a delicious curry, a rich biryani, and explore a wonderful mint sauce, along with preparing a layered Indian flatbread.
