By this, we mean not only that many of us are pasta enthusiasts, but also that our culinary heritage includes numerous fresh and dried pasta appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Today, we bring you four great fresh potato/pasta dishes – a nostalgic taste journey into our parents' and grandparents' kitchens. Here, everything is freshest and tastiest!
