If we've already filled up on our parents' and grandparents' traditional Christmas menu, or we don't want to offer our guests the same dishes as everywhere else, let's master an elegant Christmas menu that can still be executed in a rush. We'll stick to the typical Christmas flavors with chestnuts, but not roasted, and turkey that's shinier and crispier than usual. We'll discover winter vegetables that can be roasted and make onion jam a homemade classic! To finish, a calorie-rich dessert perfect for the cold with caramel, walnuts, and vanilla custard.
