- Chorizo al vino tinto / Chorizo sausage, cooked in red wine
- Albóndigas en salsa de tomate / Meatballs in tomato sauce
- Pan catalan / Catalan tomato baguett
- Pimientos de padron / Grilled padron pepper
- Queso marinado / Marinated cheese
