Despite being home to nearly 2 billion people, the African continent is still underrepresented in the world’s culinary scene. Yet African cuisines are rich and diverse, offering a continent-wide variety: from different grains, meats, fish, and vegetables, each infused with distinctive ingredients and spices. Some dishes may have bold, unique flavors that explain why they haven’t spread widely, while others are truly outstanding and deserve far more recognition.Tonight, we've brought a taste of the truly delicious – taking you on a culinary journey through West Africa: the flavors of Nigeria, Cameroon, and Ghana
