Cheesecake began its journey from America and quickly became a global trend. It's no wonder: sweet, creamy, yet light, and can be made in countless variations. Besides the New York version, many countries boast their own cheesecakes. In our course, we'll explore an Italian and a Spanish dessert. We'll also discuss different baking methods and cheeses like ricotta, mascarpone, or Philadelphia cream cheese. Which would you like to taste now? Classic, chocolate, fruity, or peanut butter?

  • Torta di ricotta / Creamy ricotta tart
  • Tarta de queso / Burnt basque cheesecake
  • Peanut butter cheesecake in glass
  • New York cheesecake, wild forest berry sauce
