Surf and Turf might be a newbie on your spectrum but it has been around for quite a while now. Back in the ’60s a restaurant owner decided to combine the two most expensive dishes on the menu to create a new item in which the flavours of the sea and the land work together in perfect harmony. Fresh prawns and juicy steaks, it does not get any better than this, or does it? We added an insanely good ceasar salad and a heavenly brownie to the menu.


  • Steak Caesar salad
  • Grilled tenderloin, shrimp skewer, garlic-lemon dip, grilled veggies

Gerenal infos

Cooking is hands-on, each pair preparing the full menu in small batches. Our cooking sessions last about 3 to 4 hours with typically 10 participants. The menu contains 3 to 7 courses/dishes. The food can be eaten at the course or taken home in small containers.

Our adult courses are targeted for adult participants, but we are happy to receive children as attendees over the age of 12 years with an adult.
