                            "The 'World of Steaks - Red Meats' is the most popular course in the history of our school. Many people would like red meat to be a part of their everyday meals, but they do not know exactly how to prepare, trim, cut, slice, marinate, flash-marinate, cook, and sear the meat. Now, we will dispel all fears with the help of our expert chef. We will learn the differences between raw, rare, medium rare, and well done steaks, and then we will prepare splendid steak sauces and side dishes that will be worthy companions to our meat dishes. And in the end, there will be a delicious dessert as well.
