It's one of the finest fish in our country, thriving only in crystal-clear, oxygen-rich waters, which makes its meat flavorful and free of any off-tastes. We can enhance its purity, freshness, and natural flavor with delicate seasoning, making it a worthy main course for a festive menu or a quick weekday dinner. You will also learn tricks to prepare it easily at home. A superb ingredient and four simple yet different dishes prepared with various techniques, accompanied by exciting side dishes – this is trout at its best!

Gerenal infos

Cooking is hands-on, with each pair preparing the full menu in small batches. Our cooking sessions typically last about 3 to 4 hours and accommodate around 10 participants. The menu usually includes 3 to 7 courses/dishes. Food can be enjoyed during the course or taken home in small containers.

Our adult courses are designed for participants aged 18 and above, but we are happy to welcome children aged 12 and older when accompanied by an adult.
