                            Latin America's culinary imprint is growing, so on our recent journey, we tried to bring home the finest flavors of these young countries. We start with Pisco Sour, a unique aperitif made from very smooth brandy. The second course is Ceviche salad with plenty of fish and shrimp, enhanced with fresh herbs. Next, a delicious fish soup cooked in a clay pot, served with fresh salsa sauce. Then, we prepare empanadas, a ubiquitous dish across Latin America—this time in the Chilean version with freshly kneaded dough and beef sirloin, specially seasoned. For dessert, we make "heaven" pudding from condensed milk, offering a unique texture experience.
