When you think of Greece and Greek cuisine, these dishes come to mind. In this class, we’ll explore the most well-known dishes through traditional recipes and techniques. We’ll start with xoriatiki (peasant) salad with feta cheese, commonly known as Greek salad. For the main course, we’ll make moussaka with eggplant and lamb in a clay pot, and we’ll grill souvlaki on skewers. For dessert, we’ll prepare baklava with honey and nuts. This course is great for beginner cooks because the techniques are simple, yet the dishes are impressively delicious!
