Our most popular Indian course has been running for almost a decade now. Enter the magical World of Indian Food here and now. Learn how to make make dhal, India's #1 lentil dish. Master the basics of curry making including what spices to use and how to make creamy sauce. Experience of making basmati rice and roll your own indian flat too along with yoghurt raita and chutney as - all to create your superb thali dinner plate. We seriously hope you like it spicy and hot.

Gerenal infos

Cooking is hands-on, each pair preparing the full menu in small batches. Our cooking sessions last about 3 to 4 hours with typically 10 participants. The menu contains 3 to 7 courses/dishes. The food can be eaten at the course or taken home in small containers.

Our adult courses are targeted for adult participants, but we are happy to receive children as attendees over the age of 12 years with an adult.
