Tonight we travel to the Argentine pampas, sipping red wine from the terrace of our hacienda. Before us stretch vast grasslands, dotted with horses and herds of cattle. Did you know that in the land of the finest beef, annual consumption per capita is nearly 100 kg? While we may not consume that much tonight, an amazing meat and grill evening awaits us with various types of asado (barbecue) meats, special cuts, sausages, and sauces.
