Gabor is 100% pure chef. Like many of his colleagues, he worked at so many places from family style restaurants to street food places at festivals, from hotels and cruises to large scale catering. He is an active fisherman and hunter, no surprise how good he is at preparing meat, games, birds, fish. His credo is love what you do - simple food, good taste, minimal snob-ism.
