Travel and gastronomy have always been her passions; she often travels to explore the attractions and culinary arts of different countries. With over 20 years of avid interest in gastronomy, she has a special fascination for the unique flavors of Middle Eastern, Israeli, and Jewish cultures. Through her husband's heritage, she discovered Ashkenazi Jewish cuisine and became adept at kosher cooking.
