For our vegetarian guests, Indian cuisine is a perfect choice, as it predominantly features vegetable-based, meat-free dishes. In today's session, we will explore the streets of Mumbai (formerly known as Bombay during the colonial era) and sample a variety of vegetarian dishes, which are extremely diverse thanks to the subtropical climate. Beyond the classic dishes like dahl, aloo paratha, and halwa, we will also make fresh homemade cheese, known as paneer in India, ensuring that there will be no shortage of excitement or flavors.

MENU

  • Butter paneer / Cheese cubes in spicy butter sauce
  • Aloo paratha / Indian potato stuffed flatbread
  • Mumbai dhal fry / Yellow lentil dhal
  • Mustard and coriander raita
  • Vegetable pulao rice
  • Gajar halwa / Carrot halwa
