Mizener Paul

Paul was born Edinburgh, Scotland where he went to Chef School. He later worked in various hotels in Aberdeen and Shetland islands as well as in Royal Army. He lives in Hungary since 2008, being now a resident chef of Chefparade Cooking School. His main filed of interest and expertise are British, French and American cuisine as well as Fish and Seafood.
