Arcos Gerardo
Born in Mexico City with grandmothers from France and Spain respectively, he grew up enjoying 5 of the 3 most important kitchens in the world. With a university degree in music he has mixed gastronomy and guitar all his life. His very first school was helping "mamá" in the kitchen and then passing for mexican and spanish gastro schools too.
