Chef Mark has been head chef of a running sushi place working Japanese, Thai, Korean, Filipino and Chinese chefs. Later he found his own East Asian restaurant - one of the first in town way back many years ago. He keeps traveling into East Asia to discover even more about food, culture and beyond.
