Nguyen Lien
Lien was born in Hanoi, Vietnam then got to Budapest over Moscow and a Hungarian husband. She now feels very much home here, yet whenever possible she goes back to Vietnam to be in touch with family there. Daytime she works as a technical scientist and naturalist, and we are so proud to have her weeknights and weekends to teach us Vietnamese cooking.
