Zoltán Zoboki
Zoltán is a senior head chef, has been in the business since 1981. He worked all over: from restaurants to hotels, including several years as a demonstration chef in the Professional Food Service Industry. Also he has staged in many countries in Europe from Italy to Scandinavia to have a very vast experience.
