Cocoa powder, cocoa butter and sugar: with few ingredients and despite the sugar, chocolate is a real superfood! How fortunate that chocolate bonbons, one of the saviours of the cold winter months, are made from this super ingredient. Making bonbons is also a very creative and fun activity, where you can gain a wide range of knowledge and learn the main properties of chocolate, its uses, and the tricks of making bonbons. In this course, we make filled bonbons in polycarbonate moulds, where the perfection of tempering gives the chocolate its shine, crunchiness and very thin walls, into which you can already feel the creamy filling when you bite into it. We conjure summer freshness into the fillings, so we make it with passion fruit, raspberry caramel, William pear and blackcurrant flavouring.
